Ingredients
- 1 pound organic extra firm tofu, rinsed
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 Tbsp Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
- 2 tsp Eden Ume Plum Vinegar
- 1/3 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tsp organic maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cold water
Directions
Place ingredients into blender or food processor. Puree until smooth and creamy. Use for dipping raw or blanched vegetables.
