• 2 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 Tbsp Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
• 2 tsp Eden Ume Plum Vinegar
• 1/3 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
• 1/3 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
• 1 tsp organic maple syrup
• 1/4 cup cold water
Place ingredients into blender or food processor. Puree until smooth and creamy. Use for dipping vegetables (raw or quickly blanched).
