Five Layer Bean Dip

Five Layer Bean Dip


  • 15 ounces Eden Refried Pinto Beans
    or any Eden Refried Bean
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup water, for heating refried beans
  • 1 cup Eden Tofu Sour Cream, see recipe
    or any tofu sour cream
  • 1 cup Eden Sauerkraut Guacamole, see recipe
  • 1 cup Eden Black Bean & Corn Salsa, see Eden recipe
  • 1 cup organic grape or cherry tomatoes, quartered or sliced
  • 2 tsp jalapeno, minced or sliced


Heat refried beans in a small saucepan or skillet with water, stirring frequently until smooth and hot. Remove and allow to cool. When cool spread a thick layer of refried beans in a serving dish. Next place a layer of Eden Tofu Sour Cream (see recipe) on top. Next, spread the Eden Sauerkraut Guacamole (see recipe) evenly on top. Spoon a layer of Eden Black Bean & Corn Salsa (see recipe) on top of the guacamole. For the final layer add sliced cherry tomatoes and jalapeno on top. Serve with your favorite organic corn chips.
