Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Eden Wakame Flakes, soaked 5 minutes in cold water to cover
- 1 cup Eden Dried Montmorency Cherries, coarsely chopped
or whole Eden Dried Cranberries - 2 tangerines, peeled and sectioned, seeds removed
- 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup apples, thinly sliced
- 1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup slivered organic almonds, dry pan roasted
- 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
Directions
Drain the wakame, discard the soaking water, and place wakame in a mixing bowl. Gently mix in all remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 45 minutes to 1 hour before mixing again and serving.
