Wakame Mixed Fruit Salad

Serves 6 | Prep Time 1 hour | Cook Time 10 minutes


• 1 Tbsp Eden Wakame Flakes, soaked 5 minutes in cold water to cover

• 1 cup Eden Dried Montmorency Cherries, coarsely chopped
or whole Eden Dried Cranberries

• 2 tangerines, peeled and sectioned, seeds removed

• 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced

• 1/2 cup apples, thinly sliced

• 1 pinch Eden Sea Salt

• 1/4 cup slivered organic almonds, dry pan roasted

• 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed


Drain the wakame, discard the soaking water, and place wakame in a mixing bowl. Gently mix in all remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 45 minutes to 1 hour before mixing again and serving.
