Ingredients
- 1 pound organic extra firm tofu, rinsed
- 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
- 2 tsp Eden Ume Plum Vinegar
- 1/3 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- 1 tsp organic maple syrup
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth and creamy. Place into a serving bowl. Use for dipping vegetable crudités.
