Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Eden Short or Medium Grain Brown Rice, washed,dr
or any type brown rice - 1/2 cup Eden Millet
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
Directions
Dry roast the washed millet in a heated skillet for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until it releases a slight nutty aroma. Place all ingredients in a heavy saucepan, cover, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 60 minutes. Remove from heat, let sit covered, remove and place in a serving dish. Garnish with any Eden Gomasio, Eden Shake or Dulse Flakes.
