Slice the mochi into thin slices and place in a blender. Pulse to grate until fine. Or coarsely grate the mochi on a box or cheese grater. Heat the oil on a pancake griddle. Sprinkle 1/2 of the mochi in a circle on the griddle. Reduce heat to medium-low. Press mochi down with a spatula to flatten. Cook 2 minutes. Flip over and cook the other side until mochi sticks together in a circle. Flip over once or twice more. Remove and spread half the nut butter and grape butter on the crepe and roll up. Repeat for the second crepe.
Variation: Instead of nut and fruit butter, place cooked fruit or sautéed vegetables on the crepe and roll up to eat.
