Ingredients
- 15 oz Eden Pinto Beans, 1 can drained
or cooked Eden Dry Pinto Beans - 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp red onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp Eden Cumin
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- 1/4 cup Eden Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Eden Ume Plum Vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp jalapeno, minced
Directions
Place ingredients in blender or food processor, and puree until smooth and creamy. Serve with organic corn chips.
