Ingredients
- 1 piece Eden Brown Rice & Black Soybean Mochi, quartered, or any Brown Rice Mochi
- 1 cup brewed Eden Sencha Green Tea, loose or tea bag
- 1/4 Eden Umeboshi Plum, finely chopped
- 1 tsp finely chopped scallions
- 1 Tbsp Eden Nori Krinkles
or 1/4 sheet Eden Sushi Nori, cut into strips - 1 Tbsp Eden Bonito Flakes, crumbled, optional
- 1 Tbsp finely grated daikon radish or red radish
Directions
Pan fry mochi in a heavy, covered skillet over a medium-low flame or oven bake at 450° until the mochi puffs up, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove, place mochi in a soup bowl with the umeboshi grated daikon, and bonito flakes. Pour the hot tea over. Garnish with nori and scallions.
