Ingredients
- 15 ounces Eden Garbanzo Beans, drained
or any Eden Unseasoned Bean or combination - 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Eden Red Wine Vinegar, Brown Rice Vinegar, or Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Eden Barley Malt Syrup
- 2 tsp organic maple syrup
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 tsp Eden Dried Basil
- 1/2 tsp Eden Dried Oregano
Directions
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss well. The salad can be served room temperature or refrigerated and marinated for 1 to 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
