• 15 ounces Eden Garbanzo Beans, drained
or any Eden Unseasoned Bean or combination
• 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/4 cup Eden Red Wine Vinegar, Brown Rice Vinegar, or Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
• 2 tsp Eden Barley Malt Syrup
• 2 tsp organic maple syrup
• 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
• 1 clove garlic, pressed
• 1 tsp Eden Dried Basil
• 1/2 tsp Eden Dried Oregano
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss well. The salad can be served room temperature or refrigerated and marinated for 1 to 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
