Brown Rice, Corn and Wheat Waffles

Brown Rice, Corn and Wheat Waffles



Mix the cooked brown rice, flour, cornmeal, sea salt and baking powder together. Combine wet ingredients and whisk in with the dry. Lightly oil a waffle iron, and ladle batter into the sections. Close the cover and cook until the waffles are golden brown and crisp. Remove and repeat until all waffles are done. Serve with pure maple syrup, Eden Apple Butter, Eden Cherry Butter, Eden Apple Cherry Butter, Eden Apple Cherry Sauce, Eden Apple Sauce, Eden Apple Strawberry Sauce, Eden Cherry Concentrate.

Yields 4 round waffles, 6 1/2-inch diameter
