Ingredients
- 1 cup Eden Millet, washed and drained
- 3 cups water
- 1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup organic sweet corn, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup carrots, diced
- 2 tsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tsp Eden Shiso Leaf Powder, or any Gomasio, or Eden Shake
- 2 tsp fresh parsley, finely minced
Directions
Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté onion for 1 to 2 minutes. Add millet and sauté 2 to 3 minutes. Add water, corn, carrots and sea salt. Cover, bring to a boil and simmer on low for 30 to 35 minutes. Place in a serving dish. Sprinkle equal amounts of Eden Shiso Sprinkle, Eden Dulse Flakes, Eden Shake or Eden Gomasio and parsley over each serving.
