Serves 3 | Prep Time 10 minutes | Cook Time 35 minutes
• 1 cup Eden Millet, washed and drained
• 3 cups water
• 1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
• 1/2 cup organic sweet corn, fresh or frozen
• 1/2 cup onion, diced
• 1/4 cup carrots, diced
• 2 tsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 3 tsp Eden Shiso Leaf Powder, or any Gomasio, or Eden Shake
• 2 tsp fresh parsley, finely minced
• 2 Tbsp Eden Black or Brown Sesame Seeds, dry pan toasted or
any Eden Gomasio, or Eden Shake
Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté onion for 1 to 2 minutes. Add millet and sauté 2 to 3 minutes. Add water, corn, carrots and sea salt. Cover, bring to a boil and simmer on low for 30 to 35 minutes. Place in a serving dish. Sprinkle equal amounts of Eden Shiso Sprinkle, Eden Dulse Flakes, Eden Shake, Eden Gomasio, or dry pan toasted Eden Sesame Seeds and parsley over each serving.
