Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups fresh organic tomatoes, diced
- 15 ounces Eden Black Beans, or Black Soybeans, drained
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, or fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 cup Eden Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 tsp minced jalapeno
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients, season to taste with sea salt, and serve with organic corn chips or tortillas.
