Black Bean Green Pepper Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups fresh organic tomatoes, diced
  • 15 ounces Eden Black Beans, or Black Soybeans, drained
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, or fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup Eden Crushed Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp minced jalapeno

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients, season to taste with sea salt, and serve with organic corn chips or tortillas.
