Ingredients
- 15 ounces Eden Kidney Beans, 1 can, drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 tsp Eden Cumin Powder
or Eden Ground Coriander - 2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp red onion, minced
- 1 cup organic diced tomatoes, drained
Directions
Reserve cooking liquid from the beans. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender until creamy. Add some of the bean cooking liquid until the desired consistency. Serve with tortillas, pita bread or vegetables.
