Place the rice, water and salt in the pressure cooker. Mix, place the lid on the cooker, and bring up to pressure over high heat. When up to pressure, reduce heat to low and cook for 45 minutes. Remove from heat and allow pressure to come down naturally. Let sit for 10 minutes. Remove lid and spoon the rice into a serving bowl.
