Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 15 ounces Eden Black Soybeans, 1 can drained, reserve liquid
- 2 Tbsp red onion, minced
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 1/2 Tbsp EDEN Tahini (sesame butter)
- 2 tsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
or fresh parsley - 1/2 tsp Eden Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Eden Ume Plum Vinegar
- 1/8 tsp Eden Cayenne Pepper, or to taste
- 1 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped for garnish
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except the green onions, in a food processor, adding about 3 tablespoons reserved bean liquid to create a thick puree. Garnish with green onions. Serve with warm pita, sesame sticks, or raw veggies.
