• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 15 oz Eden Black Soybeans, 1 can drained, reserve liquid
• 2 Tbsp red onion, minced
• 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 1/2 Tbsp EDEN Tahini (sesame butter)
• 2 tsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
or fresh parsley
• 1/2 tsp Eden Ground Cumin
• 1 tsp Eden Ume Plum Vinegar
• 1/8 tsp Eden Cayenne Pepper, or to taste
• 1 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped for garnish
Combine all ingredients, except the green onions, in a food processor, adding about 3 Tbsp reserved bean liquid to create a thick purée. Garnish with green onions. Serve with warm pita, sesame sticks, or raw veggies.
