Ingredients
- 1 tsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sliced carrots
- 4 cups medium broccoli florets, about 1 bunch
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup Eden Whole Leaf Dulse, soaked 3 min. and coarsely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Eden Garlic Gomasio, or any Gomasio, for garnish
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet and sauté onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add carrots, broccoli and water. Cover and simmer 3 to 4 minutes until broccoli and carrots are tender but brightly colored. Add dulse and sauté until all water evaporates. Garnish with gomasio.
