Sautéed Vegetables with Dulse

Serves 4 | Prep Time 10 minutes | Cook Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

• 1 tsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• 1/4 cup sliced onions

• 1 clove garlic, minced

• 1/4 cup sliced carrots

• 4 cups medium broccoli florets, about 1 bunch

• 1/3 cup water

• 1/4 cup Eden Whole Leaf Dulse, soaked 3 min. and coarsely chopped

• 1 Tbsp Eden Garlic Gomasio, or any Gomasio, for garnish

Directions

Heat oil in a skillet and sauté onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add carrots, broccoli and water. Cover and simmer 3 to 4 minutes until broccoli and carrots are tender but brightly colored. Add dulse and sauté until all water evaporates. Garnish with gomasio.
