Heat oils in a medium saucepan and sauté onion for 2 to 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and shoyu and sauté 2 to 3 minutes. Add buckwheat and sauté 3 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except parsley. Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes. Place in a serving dish and garnish with chives. Add more sauerkraut if desired.
