Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Eden Dry Garbanzo Beans, soaked
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp EDEN Roasted Sesame Tahini
- 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
- 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp fresh minced parsley
- 1/2 cup reserved bean cooking liquid
Directions
Cook beans per package directions. When done, drain and reserve 1/2 cup bean cooking liquid. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until creamy. Place in a dish and serve with warm pita bread, sliced cucumbers, or with raw or steamed celery and carrot sticks.
