Combine apples, cherries, raisins, juice concentrate, water, cinnamon, lemon juice and sea salt in a medium saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes or until the fruit is tender. Reduce the flame to low, slowly add the diluted kuzu, stirring constantly to prevent lumping, until the mixture becomes thick. Place in serving dishes and top with the granola.
