Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Eden Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
or Eden Black Sesame Oil - 1 1/2 tsp Eden Barley Malt Syrup
- 2 tsp any Eden Mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp organic maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp Eden Black Pepper
- 8 cup baby salad greens
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced into thin rounds
- 1/2 cup carrots, coarsely grated
- 2 Tbsp Eden Dried Cranberries
- 2 Tbsp Eden Dried Wild Blueberries
- 2 Tbsp pine nuts, lightly dry pan toasted
Directions
Whisk together the first seven ingredients. Place the salad greens, red onion, dried fruit and carrots into a mixing bowl and toss. Pour the dressing over and toss again to mix. Sprinkle pine nuts over.
