Ingredients
- 15 oz Eden Black Soybeans, 1 can drained, reserve liquid
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp red onion, minced
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 1/2 Tbsp EDEN Roasted Sesame Tahini
- 2 tsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
or fresh parsley - 1/2 tsp Eden Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Eden Ume Plum Vinegar
- 1/8 tsp cayenne, or to taste
- 1 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped for garnish
Directions
Place all ingredients, except the green onions, in a food processor or blender, adding about 3 Tbsp reserved bean liquid to create a thick puree. Garnish with green onions. Serve with warm pita bread.
