- 14 ounces Eden Kamut Spaghetti
- 14 1/2 ounces organic diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, drained and diced
- 1/4 cup small capers, drained
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Break the spaghetti into small pieces. Cook as package directs, drain and set aside. Mix dressing. Add dressing and all remaining ingredients to the pasta. Mix thoroughly and serve.
