• 14 ounces Eden Kamut Spaghetti
• 14 1/2 ounces organic diced tomatoes, drained
• 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, drained and diced
• 1/4 cup small capers, drained
• 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Dressing
• 2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 3 Tbsp any Eden Mustard
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 tsp Eden Cayenne Pepper, optional
• 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
• 1 Tbsp finely minced jalapeno
Break the spaghetti into small pieces. Cook as package directs, drain and set aside. Mix dressing. Add dressing and all remaining ingredients to the pasta. Mix thoroughly and serve.
