Ingredients
- 15 oz Eden Lentils w/Onion & Bay Leaf, drained
or cooked Eden Dry Green Lentils - 1/2 cup green olives, stuffed with pimento
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 2 tsp Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
Eden Apple Cider Vinegar, or Eden Red Wine Vinegar - 2 to 3 Tbsp Eden Roasted Sesame Tahini
- 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
Directions
Puree ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Use as sandwich spread or dip.
