• 15 ounces Eden Lentils w/Onion & Bay Leaf, 1 can drained
or cooked Eden Dry Green Lentils
• 1/2 cup green olives, stuffed with pimento
• 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, halved
• 2 tsp Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
Eden Apple Cider Vinegar, or Eden Red Wine Vinegar
• 2 to 3 Tbsp Eden Roasted Sesame Tahini
• 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
Combine ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Use as sandwich spread or dip.
