Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Eden Spelt Flakes
- 1 1/2 cups Vanilla Edensoy
- 2 tsp organic chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp Eden Dried Blueberries
- 1 Tbsp organic cashew, almond, or peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp Eden Grape Butter
Directions
Combine oats, Edensoy, chia seeds, and dried blueberries in bowl and place in fridge for 2 hours or overnight. When ready to eat, add cashew butter and grape butter. Stir, add fresh blueberries if desired and enjoy!
