PB & J Overnight Whole Grain Oat Flakes

• 1/2 cup Eden Spelt Flakes

• 1 1/2 cups Vanilla Edensoy

• 2 tsp organic chia seeds

• 2 Tbsp Eden Dried Blueberries

• 1 Tbsp organic cashew, almond, or peanut butter

• 1 Tbsp Eden Grape Butter


Combine oats, Edensoy, chia seeds, and dried blueberries in bowl and place in fridge for 2 hours or overnight. When ready to eat, add cashew butter and grape butter. Stir, add fresh blueberries if desired and enjoy!
