Place the oats, soymilk, water and sea salt in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 5 minutes. Add the coconut and maple syrup. Cook another 2 minutes until thick. Remove from heat and stir in the matcha. Place in bowls and garnish with a pinch of matcha, extra coconut, and banana slices.
