Ingredients
- 15 oz Eden Black Beans, 1 can, drained
- 1 cup Eden Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 cup small diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red onion, minced
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried cilantro
or Eden Coriander - 1 tsp Eden Cumin
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix. Add extra lemon juice and shoyu if desired. Serve with organic corn ships.
