Ingredients
- 15 ounces Eden Black Beans, 1 can, drained
- 1 cup Eden Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 cup small diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red onion, minced
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried cilantro
or Eden Coriander - 1 tsp Eden Cumin
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Directions
Combine all of the above ingredients. Mix, taste, and add extra lemon juice and shoyu, if desired. Serve with organic corn ships.
