Ingredients
- 12 ounces Eden Kamut Spirals
or any Eden Spirals - 15 ounces Eden Kidney (dark red) Beans, rinsed and drained
- 15 ounces Eden Black Beans, rinsed and drained
or Eden Black Soybeans - 15 ounces Eden Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 medium cucumber, quartered and sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely minced
- 1/3 cup Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Eden Dried Basil
- 2 Tbsp Eden Barley Malt Syrup
- 2 Tbsp organic maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
Directions
Cook pasta as package directs. Rinse, drain and place in a mixing bowl. Add beans and vegetables. Prepare the dressing by combining all ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup. Mix into salad and serve.
