Ingredients

  • 2 cups Vanilla Edensoy, or Extra Vanilla
  • 2 cups carrot juice
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Directions

Carrot juice gives this smoothie an extra boost of fiber.

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse several seconds. Pour into glasses and serve.
