Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 3/4 cups small broccoli florets
- 3/4 cup small cauliflower florets
- 1 cup Eden Garbanzo Beans, drained
- 2 tsp curry powder, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp Eden Cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 tsp Eden Cumin Powder
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups Eden Kamut Flakes
- 1/3 cup Eden Pistachios
Directions
Heat oil in saucepan and sauté onion for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients, except kamut flakes and pistachios. Cover and bring to boil. Add kamut flakes, cover, and reduce heat to low. Simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in pistachios before serving.
