Ingredients
- 25 ounces Eden Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 tsp minced jalapeno
- 1 cup Eden Cannellini (White Kidney) Beans, Navy, or Great Northern Beans, do not drain
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Edensoy, Original, or Extra Original
- 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp Eden Black Pepper, or to taste
- 2 Tbsp fresh chives, scallions, or parsley, finely chopped
Directions
Place beans, tomatoes and garlic in a blender and blend until creamy. Place in a medium saucepan, add sea salt, pepper and Edensoy. Place over a medium flame, stirring frequently and bring almost to a boil. Reduce the flame to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve and garnish with chives.
