Serves 4 | Prep Time 5 minutes | Cook Time 10 minutes
• 25 ounces Eden Crushed Tomatoes
• 2 tsp minced jalapeno
• 1 cup Eden Cannellini (White Kidney) Beans, Navy, or Great Northern Beans, do not drain
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup Unsweetened Edensoy, Original, or Extra Original
• 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt, or to taste
• 1/4 tsp Eden Black Pepper, or to taste
• 2 Tbsp fresh chives, scallions, or parsley, finely chopped
Place beans, tomatoes and garlic in a blender and blend until creamy. Place in a medium saucepan, add sea salt, pepper and Edensoy. Place over a medium flame, stirring frequently and bring almost to a boil. Reduce the flame to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve and garnish with chives.
