Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 tsp Eden Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Eden Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 pinches Eden Sea Salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1 tsp organic maple syrup
Directions
Place all ingredients except the parsley in a blender and pulse several seconds. Add the parsley, mix and place in a serving container. Keep refrigerated for 3 to 4 days.
