Ingredients
- 3 tsp Eden Shiro Miso
- 3 tsp EDEN Roasted Sesame Tahini
- 1 tsp Eden Brown Mustard
- 1 tsp Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp Eden Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp organic maple syrup, optional
Directions
Using hands, squeeze the grated ginger to extract 1 teaspoon ginger juice into a blender. Discard pulp. Place all remaining ingredients in the blender pulse several seconds and serve over salad.
