Miso Tahini Orange Salad Dressing with Ginger

3 tsp Eden Shiro Miso

3 tsp EDEN Tahini (sesame butter)

1 tsp Eden Brown Mustard

1 tsp Eden Brown Rice Vinegar

1/4 cup orange juice

1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced

1/4 cup water

2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger root

1/2 tsp organic maple syrup, optional


Using hands, squeeze the grated ginger to extract 1 teaspoon ginger juice into a blender. Discard pulp. Place all remaining ingredients in the blender pulse several seconds and serve over salad.
