Ingredients
- 1 cup Eden Short or Medium Grain Brown Rice, washed and drained
- 1 cup Eden Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
or cooked Eden Dry Garbanzo Beans - 1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 tsp Eden Tekka, Shake, or Gomasio, for garnish
Directions
Place the brown rice, garbanzo beans, sea salt and water in a heavy medium saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame and simmer for 1 hour. Remove and place in a serving bowl. Garnish each serving of rice and beans with a couple pinches of tekka.
