Ingredients
- 15 ounces Eden Black Beans, drained
or cooked Eden Dry Black Beans - 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 cups fresh organic tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Eden Ground Cumin, or Coriander
- 1/4 tsp Eden Ground Chili Pepper, or to taste
- 1 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tsp minced jalapeno
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet, sauté garlic and onions for 2 to 3 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
