Ingredients
- 15 oz Eden Black Soybeans, reserve cooking liquid
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Eden Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Eden Ume Plum Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp red onion, minced
- 2 tsp fresh parsley, minced
or cilantro - 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
Directions
Place ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, adding the bean liquid slowly until the preferred consistency. Serve with organic corn chips.
