Ingredients
- 15 ounces Eden Refried Kidney Beans
- 15 ounces Eden Refried Pinto Beans
- 1 1/2 cups organic tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup organic sweet corn, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 3 cup water
- 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup Eden Spaghetti Sauce
or Eden Spaghetti Sauce - No Salt - 1/4 tsp Eden Dried Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Eden Dried Basil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
Directions
Place all ingredients in a medium soup pot except the parsley. Mix thoroughly. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to medium-low and simmer for 20 minutes. Mix in the parsley and serve.
