Mash the black beans. Heat oil in a skillet. Add beans, sea salt, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix together, adding some of the bean liquid or water, if needed for desired consistency. Cover, reduce the flame to low, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
For a delicious variation, add diced red or green bell peppers, diced onions and organic sweet corn.
