• 15 oz Eden Black Beans, 1 can, drained
or cooked Eden Dry Black Beans
• 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt
• 1 1/2 tsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 1/2 tsp Eden Safflower Oil
• 1 tsp Eden Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp Eden Cumin Powder
Mash the black beans. Heat oil in a skillet. Add beans, sea salt, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix well, adding some of the bean liquid or water, if needed for desired consistency. Cover, reduce the flame to low, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
For a delicious variation, add diced red or green bell peppers, diced onions and organic sweet corn.
