Freshly brew the espresso. Pour coffee into two cups.
Place soymilk in a small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat until almost to a boil. Do not boil. Turn off heat. Using an electric hand whisk, whisk the hot soymilk until frothy.
Carefully pour the hot soymilk over the espresso, holding back most of the foam until adding last.
